Prices vary depending on the season. Rates start at $100.00 during low season. Mid season rates are $125.00 and up. High season rates $150.00. These prices do not include holidays. Penthouse rates starting at $175 and up. We ask that you pay half the reservation at time of booking and the other half due at time of check in. All deposits are non-refundable. A clean fee may apply $25.00- $45.00.
